How long does a groom take?
Most full grooms run 60–90 minutes. We work one-on-one — no kennels, no waiting in line — so your pet is in and out faster than a traditional shop.
What do I need to provide?
A flat, accessible spot to park (driveway is perfect) and a regular 110V outlet. We bring everything else: water, towels, products, the works.
Do you handle anxious or senior pets?
Yes — every groomer is Fear Free certified. Anxious and senior pets are our specialty. We slow the pace, take breaks, and never force a service.
Cancellation policy?
Free changes up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours, a 50% fee applies — that protects our groomers’ time.
Do you groom cats?
Yes! We groom both dogs and cats — cat sanitary shaves, baths with blow-dry & brush, and full shave-downs, all in the same calm, cage-free van at your door.
